Shaylee has been twirling with the Twirl ATX Coaches since she was 8 years old. She is currently participating in the Texas A&M University bridge program. 

Shaylee graduated from Liberty Hill High School, where she was the Feature Twirler, as well as a dance soloist in the band.

Shaylee was 2023 State Sr. Royalty, and the 2022 16 yo Intermediate National Solo Winner.

A former student of Janice Jackson Seamands and Shelby Elder Holcomb, Kaylee has competed at all levels Regionally, at State, and Nationally, as well as on the Collegiate Level representing her University. She is also a former Regional Pageant & Solo Winner. 

Kaylee is a graduate of Texas State University, where she was the Feature Twirler for four years. She is now pursuing her Master's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Texas at Austin.

Anna has been twirling with the Twirl ATX Coaches since she was 7 years old. She is a Sophomore at Austin High School where she is a Feature Twirler and Colorguard Captain.

Anna is also a two-time Miss Texas' Teen Prelim Overall Talent Winner & the Non-Finalist variety Talent Winner in 2022 & 2023.

Anna is the 2023 Miss DFW's Teen & 2022 Intermediate Junior SW Regional Pageant Winner.

Meet The Twirl ATX Coaches

A former student of Bethany Evans Tolley, Whitney started twirling at the age of 6. She also benefited from the instruction of Ann Nita McDonald. She competed in local, Texas State, Southwest Regional and National Competitions, winning over 100 titles throughout her career. Whitney then moved on to field twirling and was the 2004-2007 University of Texas Feature Twirler.

Whitney now enjoys spending time with her sweet children, Callum & Clara, and her husband Brad. She works for Sailpoint as an IT HR Manager, and teaches twirling lessons in the evenings and on the weekends. Whitney is also an NBTA Certified judge as well as the Judge for the State UIL Twirling Solo & Ensemble contest each Spring.



Junior Coach 


A former student of Major Margaret Mann, Ashley started twirling at age 12 and competed in NBTA competitions into college winning many State & Regional titles. Ashley is an NBTA & AAU Certified Judge who has judged local & out-of-state contests, AAU Jr. Olympics, High School & College auditions, Canadian Nationals, and NBTA Nationals (AYOP). Ashley is also the 2021 recipient of the NBTA Texas State Texan Coach Award. 

During the day, Ashley is a Middle School Social Studies teacher, and owner of Catch This! & When not teaching or judging, Ashley spends time with her children, Jason and Hailey, and her husband, Jay. Ashley also has an MBA from Texas State University and serves as the Twirl ATX Business Manager.

Amber has been twirling since she was 5 years old and has been with Twirl ATX since she was 10. She is currently a freshman Feature Twirler at North Carolina State University!

Amber graduated from Stony Point High School in May 2023, where she was a Feature Twirler and on the Varsity Basketball Team.

Amber is the 2022 & 2023 Miss Majorette of Texas, as well as a 2023 Member of the USA World Team.

Josie has been twirling with the Twirl ATX Coaches since she was 8 years old. She was a multi time State pageant winner and a 2018 UIL Texas State Solo & Ensemble Outstanding Performer, as well as a Feature Twirler at the University of Missouri from 2019-2023 and Round Rock High School (class of 2019).

Josie graduated from the University of Missouri in Spring 2023. Currently she is in physical therapy school at San Angelo State University.

Jordan has been twirling with the Twirl ATX Coaches since she was 8 years old. She is currently a freshman Tiger Twirler at Clemson University. Go Tigers! 

Jordan graduated from Stony Point High School in May 2023, where she was a Feature Twirler, flute player, and President of the SPHS Band.

Jordan was the 2022 Beginner Senior Southwest Regional Pageant Winner, and Beg. Sr. Regional Solo Winner.
