The Twirlies Contest - May
A favorite each year is the ATX Holiday Twirl Fest that is held close to home. It is the only NBTA local competition held in the ATX area, and it is extra fun for us because we get to host! For more details check out the ATX Twirl Fest Information & Registration page.
RR JULY 4TH PARADE - July
Each year we are excited about our appearance in the City of Round Rock's Sertoma 4th of July Parade! Such a huge event for this city and we are honored to participate and celebrate the 4th!
High School twirlers all over TX compete in the Region UIL events each February, and those that get a First Division at Region move on to State each May. In 2025 we had all four of our HS twirlers qualify for State, and all four of them medaled at the State level!
ATX TWIRL FEST - December
Each summer our twirlers put in many hours preparing for the NBTA Texas State Championship. For most, this is their final competition each season, and is attended by twirlers from all over Texas. The 2026 Texas State Championship will be held in Hutto, TX.
NBTA TEXAS STATE - June
We love being a part of big ATX traditions, and there is nothing bigger than the Zilker Park Trail of Lights! We enjoy performing on stage and then getting to explore the trails together as well!
Each May we start to wrap up our season with our Annual Recital. This event allows our teams and our twirlers to share with their friends and family what they have been working on all year! Admission is always free! See our Facebook each spring for info!

COMMUNITY PERFORMANCES - Spring
Another contest we enjoy attending each year is The Twirlies Contest held in San Antonio. It is always such a fun event or our twirlers with a great facility and a cute theme.
Each year we look forward to the Dallas Twirling Festival. Not only do we compete with our teams, but this is also when everyone has all their new routines on the floor. Always a great contest!

ATX TRAIL OF LIGHTS - December
In 2025 were so proud to send thirteen competition twirlers to the NBTA National Championship held at Notre Dame University. These twirlers came home with lots of hardware including several National titles, many Top 10 placements, and lots of great memories!
We love any chance to perform for our communities! You can find Twirl ATX twirlers at local parades, Egg Hunts, Holiday Festivals and school sponsored fundraisers. We love to entertain!
All of our competitive twirlers and teams compete each year in the NBTA Southwest Regional Championships. This event brings together twirlers from Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The 2026 Southwest Regional event will be in Amarillo, TX.
An exciting contest each season is the January Twirl in the Woods event held in The Woodlands, TX. This is such an a great event for us because it is when we annually premier our team routines!
