SPRING FLING CONTEST - April

A favorite each year is the ATX Holiday Twirl Fest that is held close to home. It is the only NBTA competition held in the Austin area. It is also a fun contest for us because we get to host! For more details check out the ATX Twirl Fest Information & Registration page.

High School twirlers all over TX compete in the Region UIL events each February, and those that get a First Division at Region move on to State each May. In 2023 we had 6 twirlers qualify for State!

Twirl ATX loves when we get to be the Halftime entertainment at an Austin Spurs ​game at the Cedar Park HEB Center. It is quite a thrill to perform for the amazing Austin Spurs fans!

AYOP & NBTA NATIONALS - July 

In 2023 were so proud to send eight competition twirlers to AYOP, which is the NBTA National Competition held at Notre Dame University. These twirlers came home with many trophies & Top 10 placements, as well as a Top 3 finish in the Beginner Senior Dance Twirl team division! 

Each year we are excited about our appearance in the City of Round Rock's Sertoma 4th of July Parade! Such a huge event for this city and we are honored to participate and celebrate the 4th!

All of our competitive twirlers and teams compete each year in the NBTA Southwest Regional Championships. This event brings together twirlers from Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The 2024 Southwest Regional event will be in The Woodlands, TX.

An exciting contest each season is the January Twirl in the Woods event held in The Woodlands, TX. This is such an a great event for us because it is when we annually premier our team routines!

Each summer our twirlers put in many hours preparing for the NBTA Texas State Championship. For most, this is their final competition each season, and is attended by twirlers from all over Texas. The 2024 Texas State Championship will be held in Dallas, TX.

Another contest we enjoy attending each year is the Spring Fling contest held in Fort Worth. It is always such a fun event or our twirlers with a great facility and a cute theme. 

Each year we look forward to the Dallas Twirling Festival. Not only do we compete with our teams, but this is also when everyone has all their new routines on the floor. Always a great contest!
